Fall for a Second

     

For a second, I was right in the wind gust of fall, and it was perfect. The fresh, crisp air, the skyline filled with trees whose leaves we’re changing from green to orange to red, the scattered rain. It’s hard to complain about golden, sunny skies here in Southern California, but sometimesI just want a cloud or two to hide the sun so I can sit and enjoy my Pumpkin Spice Latte with the breeze flowing through my hair and a scarf to shield me a bit from the cold. It would also be great to bust out those fall clothes. And this past weekend, that’s exactly what I did. I held nothing back. I layered a blouse with a sweater and a jacket.  I lived in my leather pants. I enjoyed everything fall had to offer. And it was glorious.
