Falling for the Desert

 

I spent my weekend in Palm Springs surrounded by my bests. The water was cool, the sky was blue and the sun was hot just as I expected. And although Fall doesn’t exist really in the desert, I still wanted my wardrobe there to reflect the season of all things pumpkin and changing leaves.

Our first afternoon we found ourselves sipping Bloody Marys over a ladies brunch, and it was perfect. I opted for a dress that was cool enough for the scorching temps but dark enough to feel like fall. Everything came together with a silk scarf, crystal necklace, and must-have-for-the-season booties.
