After a two week hiatus, or should I say holiday, Manic is back home in foggy London with many new stories and fashionable looks to share. Our first stop in our three country, two week tour, was the mas bonita Barcelona, Spain. It was warm, colorful, full of flavor and kind people. We visited museums, ate paella, got lost wandering down windy roads and alleys, and found love in vintage stores (outfits soon to come!)
The first thing to catch my eye about this incredible city was the color. Every store front was covered in outrageous colors and graffiti. The contrast between the ancient stone buildings and cathedrals, with the modern graffiti pop art was perfection. Bright Barcelona color inspired my look as a chose a bright cobalt blue swinging dress from ASOS, paired with my leather jacket and glass bug necklace from Topshop, and white high top converse (for style purposes and the miles of walking we did each day). It was bright, fun, and playful just like this incredible city.
If time and my bank account allowed I would surely make another trip back to Barcelona. Five days was not nearly enough. I mean just look at this view from our room! So romantic and beautiful.
Barcelona, I’ll be back for you Baby.
